Her work includes corporate headquarters, workplace transformations, ground-up development, tenant improvements, relocations, and complex multi-site initiatives.

As an owner’s representative, Leah serves at the center of the project team - connecting clients, stakeholders, designers, contractors, landlords, vendors, and other partners around a clear set of priorities. She brings structure to complex projects, anticipates challenges before they impact progress, and keeps decisions moving from early planning and design through construction, relocation, and occupancy.

Known for her preparation, responsiveness, and willingness to provide a clear point of view, Leah helps clients navigate decisions with confidence. She combines big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership, translating the complexities of design and construction into clear choices while maintaining focus on budget, schedule, risk, and the overall project vision.

Beyond Foundry

Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys, especially traveling together and exploring new destinations. She loves planning the next family adventure, skiing, Pilates, live music, and discovering great restaurants along the way.
